Irene Campbell

For more than 20 years Irene has been an educational consultant to senior executives in complex professional roles. She designs and delivers global programmes for leading international institutions, especially in the financial, pharma and chemical sectors. Regularly engaging multi-disciplinary teams of contributors, she has a track record of transforming skill-sets, mind-sets and behaviours. Irene has worked as programme director and facilitator for more than 10 years with London Business School and Imperial College Business School. With degrees in physics, anthropology and economics from Edinburgh, Cambridge and Oxford, and a past career as a trader in investment banking, Irene brings a truly diverse set of skills and frameworks to the table when working with our clients.

Victoria Rhodes

Vicky has nearly 25 years’ experience of consultancy and development work in leadership, strategy, policy and economics. For the past 20 years she has been developing strategic thinking, leadership, decision making and effective Board-level communications skills in China, Europe, the USA, India, South Africa and South East Asia to a range of public and private sector clients. She achieves results through expert programme design, ‘adult to adult’ workshop sessions, application to live issues, project based learning and subject matter expertise. She employs a range of delivery media and styles tailored to the specific needs and culture of the group in question. Over the years, Vicky has acquired extensive experience developing the strategy leadership and change skills of senior executives and professionals needing to develop and deliver major initiatives in the face of an increasingly competitive, VUCA world. Vicky uses a range of approaches including virtual classrooms, simulations, facilitated discussions, project based and action learning and ongoing coaching of teams and individuals. Lee has been working in Learning and Development since 2004. She has worked with senior and mid-level leaders in a range of industries such as Banking, FMCG, Financial Services, Construction and Energy. An ICF Master Certified Coach she has over 2,500 hours of Leadership Coaching experience and has facilitated multi-modular Leadership Programmes in Asia, Europe, the Americas, Australasia and Africa. Lee teaches on the MBA programme at University of Edinburgh Business School and has taught coaching at Chicago Booth Business School. She is a Programme Director, Facilitator & Executive Coach with London Business School. She has an BA, MA & MSc (LSE) is currently completing her Doctorate in Sociology at University of Edinburgh. He spent the early part of his career in audit, business advisory and consulting services with PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 2001 he co-founded Maltway, a specialist learning & development business, with a focus on executive development and finance-related training. Richard is a Programme Director and contributor at London Business School and a faculty member with Moody’s Analytics. He has led and facilitated flagship programmes for leading international organisations, including household names in the financial services, energy and professional services arenas.
