Irene Campbell
For more than 20 years Irene has been an educational consultant to senior executives in complex professional roles. She designs and delivers global programmes for leading international institutions, especially in the financial, pharma and chemical sectors. Regularly engaging multi-disciplinary teams of contributors, she has a track record of transforming skill-sets, mind-sets and behaviours. Irene has worked as programme director and facilitator for more than 10 years with London Business School and Imperial College Business School. With degrees in physics, anthropology and economics from Edinburgh, Cambridge and Oxford, and a past career as a trader in investment banking, Irene brings a truly diverse set of skills and frameworks to the table when working with our clients.
Victoria Rhodes
Vicky has nearly 25 years’ experience of consultancy and development work in leadership, strategy, policy and economics. For the past 20 years she has been developing strategic thinking, leadership, decision making and effective Board-level communications skills in China, Europe, the USA, India, South Africa and South East Asia to a range of public and private sector clients. She achieves results through expert programme design, ‘adult to adult’ workshop sessions, application to live issues, project based learning and subject matter expertise. She employs a range of delivery media and styles tailored to the specific needs and culture of the group in question. Over the years, Vicky has acquired extensive experience developing the strategy leadership and change skills of senior executives and professionals needing to develop and deliver major initiatives in the face of an increasingly competitive, VUCA world. Vicky uses a range of approaches including virtual classrooms, simulations, facilitated discussions, project based and action learning and ongoing coaching of teams and individuals. She has a 20 year relationship with London Business School where she is a Programme Director, facilitator and contributor and Henley Business School where she is an Executive Fellow.
Lee Chalmers
Lee has been working in Learning and Development since 2004. She has worked with senior and mid-level leaders in a range of industries such as Banking, FMCG, Financial Services, Construction and Energy. An ICF Master Certified Coach she has over 2,500 hours of Leadership Coaching experience and has facilitated multi-modular Leadership Programmes in Asia, Europe, the Americas, Australasia and Africa. Lee teaches on the MBA programme at University of Edinburgh Business School and has taught coaching at Chicago Booth Business School. She is a Programme Director, Facilitator & Executive Coach with London Business School. She has an BA, MA & MSc (LSE) is currently completing her Doctorate in Sociology at University of Edinburgh. In her spare time she runs a not-for-profit to get more women into politics.
Kate Scott
With over 20 years experience in learning and development Kate develops and deliver learning events in leadership, strategy, commercial acumen, finance and accounting to major global PLCs at all levels of management. She has developed a number of e-learning packages in both basic finance fundamentals and in advanced value creation which have been rolled out worldwide. She is an enthusiastic, energetic and empathetic facilitator and she uses accelerated learning techniques to bring the subject matter alive. Her style is renowned for turning dry, theoretical subject matter into action orientated, practical and applicable knowledge. In her role as executive coach she uses a variety of frameworks including solutions focussed, CBC and the GROW model to explore her clients current situation and potential growth areas together crafting solutions which are actionable and valuable. She has been a Programme Director at London Business School and Henley Business School for over 10 years and is an Executive Fellow and Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Sarah Mast
Sarah has worked in the area of learning and development for over three decades in a variety of roles such as organisational head of the learning and development function, advisory consulting to organisations, initiative designer and delivery team leader of global leadership programmes, facilitator and coach to organisational leadership teams, and individual leaders. With the rich variety of industries and global cultures she has worked in she has arrived at a point of clarity of connect and contribution - clients use her services because of the experience she has, the trust she builds and the skilled directness of her approach. She is a Programme Director, Facilitator and Coach at London Business School and delighted to be part of this Virtual ExecEd group.
Richard Walton
Richard has more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading award winning executive development programmes. He spent the early part of his career in audit, business advisory and consulting services with PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. In 2001 he co-founded Maltway, a specialist learning & development business, with a focus on executive development and finance-related training. Richard is a Programme Director and contributor at London Business School and a faculty member with Moody’s Analytics. He has led and facilitated flagship programmes for leading international organisations, including household names in the financial services, energy and professional services arenas. At his happiest and most effective when working with colleagues and clients in designing, coaching or facilitating, Richard brings a high energy, enthusiastic, innovative and challenging approach to his work. Richard has been an Insights Licenced Practitioner for more than 15 years and has experience in using numerous psychometric profiling and diagnostic tool.
